Barbecue Meatballs

Ingredients

1.5 lbs Ground Beef
¼ cup Jim Beam Original BBQ Sauce
1 Egg
2 tbsp of your favorite BBQ Rub
2 tbsp Bread Crumbs
Dash of salt and pepper

Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 400 °F.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly with clean hands, or while wearing food safe rubber gloves.

Form meatballs to your desired size, we recommend smaller for appetizer size.

Place meatballs on an oven pan with a rack and bake meatballs for approximately 20 - 25 minutes.

Remove meatballs from rack, toss in additional sauce.

Serve and enjoy.
